Ceramics

Build a strong foundation in ceramics. Students will learn the full process with instruction in hand-building and wheel throwing. Class covers finishing techniques and glazing.

Wheel Throwing
6 weeks | 3 hour sessions | Age 16+

Learn how to make pottery on the wheel! Through guided instruction on wheel throwing: centering, shaping, trimming, glazing, and finishing. This is a deep dive on the wheel!

Our flexible, open-enrollment clay class fits busy family schedules. Kids can join anytime to create sculptures and functional pottery while learning hand-building techniques like pinch, coil, and slab. Each stand-alone class builds creativity, confidence, and clay skills at their own pace.
Projects are kiln-fired and ready for pickup in 2–3 weeks. Families can book a glazing session or have our studio glaze finished pieces.
