In this introductory group class, students will learn the basics of wheel throwing and get to take their first pot home just a few weeks after class. With a small student to teacher ratio, students are promised hands on, personalized instruction.

In this class students will make 1-2 pots, pick their favorite pot to keep, and select from 8 glaze options. After class our staff will trim and glaze each pot for the students. Student work will be ready for pick up 2-4 weeks after class. Class includes all materials, firings, and instruction.

Class includes 3 hours of studio time & instructor guidance

Thursday evenings are for practice and creative freedom. There is no project provided, nor class expectations. This is time for individuals to explore with help. Instructors are available to demo, provide ideas, answer questions, observe, and help students improve their skills.

An open enrollment class focused on ongoing skill development in ceramics. Instruction includes guided demos and individualized feedback within a shared studio environment. Students are supported in developing an independent studio practice over time.

Become a member to have ongoing access to this class or drop in for $35 per class. Drop-ins must complete work by the end of class or schedule a second session to complete work within 10 days.
